My Favourite Series - Embossing Folders

My Favourite Things 2020/2021 Annual Catalogue In this weeks 'My Favourite Things' blog I am featuring my favourite Stampin' Up! Embossing Folders. Again it was hard to chose just two, so I picked the two that I have been using a lot of lately. Embossing folders add lovely texture to your paper which are great for backgrounds on your cards but can also be used as a show piece. I Love Coffee

Hi lovely Welcome to my weekly blog, where I hopefully give you inspiration to create your own beautiful handmade cards. This weeks card is created with the awesome Nothing Better Than Bundle.  Any thing that has Coffee in it is a win for me!! The stamp  set and co-ordinating dies are awesome to create quick cards for friends or family. This stamp set was designed by Connie Stewart a Independent Demonstrator. Stampin' Up! love to reward their Demonstrators and Connie reached Million Dollar sales and was rewarded with being able to design her own stamp set. How awesome is that. CARD RECIPE 1. Card base is Whisper White 14.9 x 21cm scored at 10.5 2. So Saffron Cardstock for first layer,14.4 x 10cm 3. Second layer of Whisper White Cardstock 14.2 x 9.8cm. Stamp coffee cup image over the panel rotating it so you have some upside down. Then using the infill stamp with Terracotta Tile, So Saffron & Garden Green ink, place colour inside the coffee cups. My Favourite Things 2020/2021 Annual Catalogue In this weeks 'My Favourite Things' blog I am featuring my favourite Stampin' Up! tools. Tools for crafting are essential and quality tools are a must have. Stampin' Up! have a wide range of tools from bone folders, paper snips to the wonderful Stamparatus. My favourite tools that are available are below but my new favourite is not available at the moment and that is the new Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machines. I can't wait to get my hands on one of these, I haven't decided whether I like the standard or the mini one yet. The standard one will be available to customers from September. Just Saying Hello

Hi lovely Welcome to my weekly blog, where I hopefully give you inspiration to create your own beautiful handmade cards. This weeks card is created with the beautiful In Good Taste Suite. I stamped the background using the technique tone on tone. This is where you stamp images in the same ink colour as the cardstock. I am so in love with the feather in this stamp set, you can stamp it in any colour and it looks like you have hand painted it. Follow the card recipe below or design your own, either way enjoy the process and create a beautiful handmade card. CARD RECIPE 1. Card base, Crumb Cake cardstock, 14.9 x 21cm 2. Stamp bunch image in the same ink colour as the card base. This is Crumb Cake ink. 3. On a scrap piece of paper stamp the feather image in Night of Navy and fussy cut out. 4. On a piece of Vellum cardstock stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy and then using the Tasteful Label Dies cut out to create a frame. 5.
