Buzzzzz

Hi gorgeous Welcome to my Friday blog. Today I am showing you another card made with the Honey Bee stamp set. You are welcome to CASE (copy and selectively edit) as I did. Thank you to Sandy McCullough for the inspiration For the background hexagon I used the die cut hexagon shape as a stencil. Using a  dauber and Daffodil Delight ink. Another great use for dies. I love the Detailed Bee Dies you not only get the cut out the images from the stamp set but you get the extra detailed bee and bee hive hexagon shape as well. The Daffodil Delight Ruched Ribbon is from the Birthday Bonanza Suite . I hope you've enjoyed my project today and that you're inspired to get crafty! Bee Happy

Hi lovely Welcome to my Weekly Inspirational Wednesday blog. Every week I will post a card with basic instructions that you are welcome to CASE (copy and selectively edit). Today's card is using the Honey Bee Stamp set. This small stamp set is a buzzzz with everyone that has it, check out Pinterest for lots of inspiration. Team the stamp set and dies with the Golden Honey Speciality DSP from Sale-a-bration (yours FREE) and you get more WOW. CASED from the Sale-a-bration Catalogue CARD DETAILS: * Card base is Basic Black cardstock at 14.9 x 21cm, scored at 10.5cm * Cut a piece of the hexagon pattern Honey Bee Designer Series Paper at 14.9 x 10.5cm and adhere to card base. * Using a piece of Whisper White Cardstock and Mint Macaroon ink pad. Wipe the ink pad over the cardstock in a smearing fashion. Then using the hexagon die cut out the shape. Keep a couple of the small hexagon shapes that pop out. * Stamp two bee images with Memonto Ink onto a piece of Wh

Tulip Theme

Hello everybody, welcome to my blog. How are you today? Thank you for checking out my post. I have kept with the theme of my previous blog because I love playing with the Timeless Tulip stamp set. There are plenty of inspirational cards created with this stamp set on Pinterest, check them out. With this card I have used the co-ordinating punch to give the card a layered look.  A tip when using a co-ordinating builder punch is to first punch out the shapes onto a scrap piece of cardstock to create a mask. Then using the Stamparatus place cardstock mask onto base then position the stamp images onto the corresponding mask outline. Pick up the stamps with the plate of the stamparatus. Place the cardstock you want to stamp the image on underneath the mask, ink up your stamps and stamp.  Remove cardstock and slide into the punch, you will have a perfectly lined up images. As you can see from the photo, by using the Stamparatus and a mask you can stamp the images in differ

Today's card that I have to show you is from Timeless Tulips. This beautiful stamp set has some beautiful images and lovely sentiments for Mother's Day to Easter. Card inspired by Connie Douglas Card Details: Card Base: Flirty Flamingo 14.9cm x 21cm scored at 10.5 Card Front: Mossy Meadow 14.4cm x 10cm, Crumb Cake 13.9cm x 5cm, Mossy Meadow 6cm x 13.7cm, Whisper White 5.5cm x 13.3cm Sentiment Label: Whisper White To create card base, fold along score line as above and burnish with a bone folder.
