Hello everybody, welcome to my blog.
How are you today? Thank you for checking out my post.
I have kept with the theme of my previous blog because I love playing with the Timeless Tulip stamp set. There are plenty of inspirational cards created with this stamp set on Pinterest, check them out.
With this card I have used the co-ordinating punch to give the card a layered look.
A tip when using a co-ordinating builder punch is to first punch out the shapes onto a scrap piece of cardstock to create a mask.
Then using the Stamparatus place cardstock mask onto base then position the stamp images onto the corresponding mask outline. Pick up the stamps with the plate of the stamparatus.
Place the cardstock you want to stamp the image on underneath the mask, ink up your stamps and stamp.
Remove cardstock and slide into the punch, you will have a perfectly lined up images.
As you can see from the photo, by using the Stamparatus and a mask you can stamp the images in different colours.
Punches are a great tool to have in your craft room and Stampin' Up! have a wide range of shapes and builder punches.
I hope you've enjoyed my project today and that you're inspired to get crafty! Remember if you are starting on your crafting journey, Keep It Simple (KISS), PLUS have fun!!
