WORKSHOP

BE A HOST
MUST ENJOY FRIENDS, FUN, AND GETTING FREE PRODUCTS

HOW TO BE A HOST (IT'S EASY)

STEP 1: Tell me you want to host a party. (I'll be excited. Trust me!)
STEP 2: Set a date and make a plan.
Want to hold a party in your home? What kind of project would you like to create?
Many hosts prefer to make cards, but we can also have fun putting together gift                        packaging, tags, scrapbook pages and more.
Like pre-designed kits? Stampin' Up! catalogues always feature kits with cards and
projects that are precut and ready to assemble.
Just tell me what works for you. I can walk you through the options and we'll create
                your party plan together!
STEP3: Invite your friends.
I would be happy to help you decide how to get the word out and what to say. Use
whatever method works best for you: postcards, social media, email, calls or texts.
STEP 4: Get the party started! Here's the best part. Have fun with your guests making
                beautiful projects!
STEP 5: Enjoy your rewards. As a host you can earn free products, get discounts and order
exclusive products (only available for our hosts) with our Stampin' Rewards
program. For example, if your party sales are $300, you'll have $30 to spend on
whatever you'd like. It's Stampin' Up!'s way of saying thank you.
STEP 6: Keep crafting. If you had fun, why not start planning your next party right away?
Or - if you'd like to enjoy even more benefits - purchase a Starter Kit to sign up as
a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. You can even use your Stampin' Rewards to help you
                purchase your kit.

Whichever way you choose to enjoy Stampin' Up! products I am here to help. Remember to have fun, make new friends and create your handmade joy!

Happy Crafting

Diamond Flip Fold Card

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I found this fun fold card while searching Pinterest the other day, it is called a Diamond Flip Card. It took me a bit to work out the measurements in cms but once I did I was able to make a few of them in a row. For these cards I used the Art Floral Designer Series Paper as the paper is so beautiful and makes me feel like an artist when I use it. I also used the technique of using Stampin Write Markers to colour in the stamp and get a water colour effect. Check out the details below and I look forward to seeing your version of this card. **The card base: cut a piece of cardstock (I used So Saffron) at 10.5 on the short side. Fold piece in half and burnish with bone folder. **Score one end at 5.3cm. Now place the open ends on the trimmer and find the middle, make a pencil. With pencil and ruler measure from the middle to the score line on each side. Using trimmer or scissors cut along the pencil line on each side to form a triangle shape. **With...

Autumn Leaves

Thank you for stopping by today. I have this wonderful handmade card to share with you today using the Love of Leaves Bundle. The stamp set has some wonderful leaf images and some small sentiments that are great for front of a card or inside. I was very happy to be involved with the Autumn Mega Tutorial Bundle that includes this stamp set along with the other Autumn themed stamp sets from the Mini Catalogue. To find out how you can get your hands on 82 tutorials click here. NOTE: This card is not one of the tutorials as those cards are exclusive to the bundle and you will not see them online from demonstrators, you can of course show off your creations that you make from it. The card base is a portrait fold, Crumb Cake cardstock cut at 10.5cm x 29.6cm. Score and burnish at 14.9cm For the first layer, I combined Early Espresso 9.4 x 13.8cm and Gilded Autumn Speciality DSP 9 x 12.4cm. Adhere together with Stampin Seal and then adhere to card base. The second layer is Early Espresso 12.4...
