Coloured Pearlescent Paper

Thank you for stopping by my blog today, I hope you have been getting some creative time into your week. The Sand & Sea Suite comes with white Pearlescent Speciality Paper which is gorgeous but I wanted a colour one, so I got my Shimmer Paint Frost White out and a piece of Misty Moonlight.

Using a dauber rub the shimmer paint all over the cardstock, leave it for a couple of minutes to dry. Then put it through the Seashells Embossing Folder. Woila you have coloured Pearlescent Paper.

Diamond Flip Fold Card

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I found this fun fold card while searching Pinterest the other day, it is called a Diamond Flip Card. It took me a bit to work out the measurements in cms but once I did I was able to make a few of them in a row. For these cards I used the Art Floral Designer Series Paper as the paper is so beautiful and makes me feel like an artist when I use it. I also used the technique of using Stampin Write Markers to colour in the stamp and get a water colour effect. Check out the details below and I look forward to seeing your version of this card. **The card base: cut a piece of cardstock (I used So Saffron) at 10.5 on the short side. Fold piece in half and burnish with bone folder. **Score one end at 5.3cm. Now place the open ends on the trimmer and find the middle, make a pencil. Autumn Leaves

Thank you for stopping by today. I have this wonderful handmade card to share with you today using the Love of Leaves Bundle. The stamp set has some wonderful leaf images and some small sentiments that are great for front of a card or inside.
