The Sand & Sea Suite comes with white Pearlescent Speciality Paper which is gorgeous but I wanted a colour one, so I got my Shimmer Paint Frost White out and a piece of Misty Moonlight. Using a dauber rub the shimmer paint all over the cardstock, leave it for a couple of minutes to dry. Then put it through the Seashells Embossing Folder. Woila you have coloured Pearlescent Paper. Hi lovely Welcome to my Weekly Inspirational Wednesday blog. Every week I will post a card with basic instructions that you are welcome to CASE (copy and selectively edit). I have a couple of male friends birthdays coming up in May and making cards for them really takes me out of my comfort zone. For one I find they don't appreciate them, well some do and two I find it really hard to keep them plain, no bling or ribbon. I did a Pinterest search and found a couple that gave me some inspiration. My first one is below, I will share the other one on my next blog. To add a touch of difference to this card I stamped the sentiment in Garden Green ink then embossed it in Clear Embossing Powder mixed with Dazzling Diamond Glitter. Hi lovely My card I am sharing today is a Double Z Fold card. A normal Z Fold is a fun fold but to double the fun you add another Z Fold. I love the colour combination of Soft Suede and Flirty Flamingo. I also used the From My Heart Speciality Designer Series Paper and the Under My Umbrella stamp set to create this beautiful handmade card.
