Autumn Leaves

Thank you for stopping by today. I have this wonderful handmade card to share with you today using the Love of Leaves Bundle. The stamp set has some wonderful leaf images and some small sentiments that are great for front of a card or inside.

I was very happy to be involved with the Autumn Mega Tutorial Bundle that includes this stamp set along with the other Autumn themed stamp sets from the Mini Catalogue. To find out how you can get your hands on 82 tutorials click here.
NOTE: This card is not one of the tutorials as those cards are exclusive to the bundle and you will not see them online from demonstrators, you can of course show off your creations that you make from it.

The card base is a portrait fold, Crumb Cake cardstock cut at 10.5cm x 29.6cm. Score and burnish at 14.9cm

For the first layer, I combined Early Espresso 9.4 x 13.8cm and Gilded Autumn Speciality DSP 9 x 12.4cm. Adhere together with Stampin Seal and then adhere to card base.

The second layer is Early Espresso 12.4 x 8cm and Very Vanilla Cardstock 12 x 7.7cm. Stamp the oil spill from Geared Up Garage stamp set over the Very Vanilla piece using Crumb Cake ink, leaving room in left hand bottom corner for the sentiment. Stamp the sentiment in Early Espresso ink.

The leaves are Cajun Craze, Mint Macaroon and Crumb Cake and cut out using the Stitched Leaves embossing and surrounding die. Two acorns are stamped in Cajun Craze ink onto Cajun Craze cardstock. Then punched out using the Acorn Punch.

Put it together, wrap a piece of Faux Suede Trim just above the sentiment and adhere behind the Very Vanilla. Now adhere this to the Early Espresso cardstock. Arrange leaves onto card, placing two bottom ones with adhesive and the top one with dimensionals. Cut stems off. Place the two acorns to cover the bottom of arrangement. Place this to first layer with dimensionals.

Adhere a piece of Very Vanilla inside the card and decorate. 

Don't forget to decorate the envelope.
