Welcome to my blog, thank you for stopping by. Today's card I want to share with you is using items from Stampin' Up!s Sale-a-bration Catalogue. The products in this catalogue are FREE with qualifying orders from any of the latest Catalogues. I have used the Berry Blessings + Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper, this two step stamp set and DSP is a wonderful bundle and its FREE with a qualifying order. CARD RECIPE * I used our Notecards & Envelopes for the card base, 12.7 x 8.9 cm * I cut a piece of Berry Delightful DSP at 12.7 x 8.9 cm and then used a Stitched Rectangle Die to cut out a window (use the cut out piece on another card). * Next stamp leaves, boysenberries and stalks onto card base using combinaton of Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green & Rich Razzleberry. I stamped the leaves again onto a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock and fussy cut out, then put it over the leaves using dimensionals. * Place the Designer Series Paper onto card base using Foam Adhesive ...

Start your Christmas Cards

  Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today.  I hope that you enjoy my card design and that it inspires you to try something new with your creative projects.  Todays card is a quick Christmas Card made with the Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper, stamp set and dies. Have you started on your Christmas cards yet?  CARD RECIPE 1. Real Red is card base cut at 10.5 x 29.7cm   2. Whisper White panel 9.4 x 13.7 cm is put through Stampin' Up! Cut & Emboss folder with Tasteful Textile 3D embossing folder. Adhere to card base using Stampin Seal. 3. Cut a piece of Heartwarming Hugs DSP at 5.5 x 13.7 cm. Adhere to Whisper White panel approx in the middle length wise. 4. Using 2 1/4" Circle punch, punch out a circle in Real Red, then using the 2" circle punch and punch out circle in Heartwarming Hugs DSP. Adhere DSP to Real Red. Now stamp 'Warm Hugs .... onto a piece of Whisper White using Garden Green ink, then die cut using corresponding die. Then die c...

A Real Treat

I hope that you enjoy my card design and that it inspires you to try something new with your creative projects.  Today's card is another fun Slimline Card and using the Playful Pets stamp and die bundle. This is the first time I have had time to play with this set, I love the dog figure as he looks very much like our dog Opie.  I would like to thank Angie McKenzie for the inspiration to create this card. RECIPE The card base Whisper White Thick Cardstock is 21.5 x 17.7 cm. With the left over piece of 21 x 8.1 cm and using the Basic Patterns Decorative Mask sponge the panel with Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana & Bermuda Bay.   Take two squares from the Layering Squares and with largest one die cut square out of panel, put cut piece aside. Measure another piece of Whisper White that will fit behind top layer and pencil mark corners of first square cut. Now line up other square die and cut out.  St...
