Welcome to my Weekly Inspirational Wednesday blog. Every week I will post a card with basic instructions that you are welcome to CASE (copy and selectively edit).
Do you have a hard time choosing which side of the pretty Designer Series Paper to show and which side to hide on your card??
Well with this card using Ornate Garden Suite, you do not have to choose as both sides are shown.
I cased this card from a fellow demonstrator, Danielle Bennenk.
CARD DESIGN
Base card is Early Espresso - 17.5 x 10.5cm, score on long side at 14.5cm. Burnish score line.
Run the small flap through the big shot with lace border die. Tie a bow around the flap with the Terracotta Tile ribbon.
Using double sided tape put a piece on back of flap and then another piece on the Designer Series Paper 10.5 x 14.5cms. Attach the panel behind the small flap.
Run a piece of Early Espresso Cardstock through big shot with a label Ornate Layer Die. Then stamp sentiment on Whisper White Cardstock with Terracotta Tile ink and Early Espresso Ink. Use stitched rectangle die to cut out. Place the Whisper White Cardstock on top of label and then the label on the DSP with dimensionals. Place 3 Gilded Gems above it.
For inside the card use layers, Terracotta Tile 14 x 10 cm and Whisper White 9.5 x 13.5 cm.
