Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I thought I would create something a bit different today after seeing a card made by Ann Alexander. I have used a multitude of products and techniques from stamp sets to blending brushes. The background is using the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper which has carried over from last years Annual Catalogue to this current one.
* Card base is Very Vanilla 10.5 x 29.5
* First layer is In Good Taste DSP cut at 14.4 x 10cm,use a Blending Brush with Soft Suede to blend colour all over. Use a sponge dauber to apply Early Espresso ink to the edges.
* Take a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock 12.1 x 7.7cm, use the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and blend Evening Evergreen through it using a Blending Brush. Blend lightly and leave some areas lighter than others. Splatter with Early Espresso Stampin Write Marker. Edge the card with Early Espresso ink using the sponge dauber.
* Stamp sentiment from Pansy Petals onto a strip of Very Vanilla Cardstock using Early Espresso ink. Edge with Early Espresso.
* Stamp the Hand-Penned Petals stamp onto a piece of Very Vanilla Cardstock and use the Penned Flowers Dies to cut it out. Colour the flower using Polished Pink and Soft Succulent Stampin Blends. Cut some leaves from Evening Evergreen and apply Early Espresso to edges of flower and leaves. Adhere the flower and leaves using dimensionals.
* Tie a double bow using Linen Thread and adhere close to flower using glue dot.
* Decorate inside the card and don't forget to decorate the envelope.
