Retiring In Colours Card

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I created this card to showcase our retiring In Colours: Pretty Peacock, Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Seaside Spray, Purple Posy. Stampin' Up! have a wide range of colours that are available year round but the In Colours are a range that last for only 2 years then get swapped out for another 5 colours. So although its exciting to get new colours its also sad to see these ones go. If any of these colours are your favourite then I suggest buying the reinkers for the ink pads and stocking up on cardstock because once they go they are gone.

Card base is Pretty Peacock cardstock 14.9 x 21cm 

First layer is Basic White, 14.4 x 10cm and put through the Stampin Cut & Emboss machine with the Tasteful Textile 3D folder. Adhere to card base with Tom bow glue.

Take a piece of Pretty Peacock cardstock at 8 x 12.4cm and a Basic White cardstock 7.8 x 12.1 cm. On the Basic White cardstock stamp a selection of circle stamps from Circle Celebrations stamp set in colours Pretty Peacock, Rococo Rose & Terracotta Tile. Leave space in the middle. Stamp the large flower on a scrap piece of paper twice, using 2 1/2" punch, punch out one shape then with 1 1/2" punch, punch out middle of other one. Place small one over top of large one with dimensionals. Adhere the to middle of Basic White piece. 

Stamp Happy Birthday from Hippo Happiness, I love this font. Cut out square shape. Place on a angle.

Tie a bow with In Colour ribbon and place on card with glue dot.

Adhere the Basic White to Pretty Peacock cardstock and then adhere to first layer of card.

Place a piece of Basic White cardstock, 14.4 x 10cm inside the card and decorate.

Don't forget to decorate your envelope.

I also created this card using the In Colours, Circle Celebrations stamp set 

and circle punches.
