Sand & Sea

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I would like to show you this beautiful card created with the wonderful Sand & Sea Suite. The Nelson region has some wonderful beaches nearby so this stamp set was close to my heart. Some wonderful memories surround the beach with skiing, swimming and just enjoying relaxing times.



CARD RECIPE

* Card base is Sahara Sand in portrait style

* Take a piece of Basic White cardstock at 14.2 x 9.8cm and put through Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine with the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder. Then with a  Blending Brush and Soft Sea Foam and Daffodil Delight ink blend colour over the embossed image. Adhere to card base.

* Take a piece of Basic White 4.6 x 14.2cm and stamp seashells in Balmy Blue and Sahara Sand. Adhere to a piece of Daffodil Delight 5.1 x 14.2cm

* Wrap the Fine Art Ribbon around the two pieces and tie a bow. Place glue dot underneath to secure.

* Ink sentiment in Daffodil Delight onto Basic White cardstock. Cut out flag shape and adhere to card with dimensionals.

* Place three Gold Glitter Enamel Dots around card. Place 14.4 x 10.5cm piece of Basic White cardstock inside card and decorate. Don't forget to decorate the envelope.

Diamond Flip Fold Card

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I found this fun fold card while searching Pinterest the other day, it is called a Diamond Flip Card. It took me a bit to work out the measurements in cms but once I did I was able to make a few of them in a row. For these cards I used the Art Floral Designer Series Paper as the paper is so beautiful and makes me feel like an artist when I use it. I also used the technique of using Stampin Write Markers to colour in the stamp and get a water colour effect. Autumn Leaves

Thank you for stopping by today. I have this wonderful handmade card to share with you today using the Love of Leaves Bundle. The stamp set has some wonderful leaf images and some small sentiments that are great for front of a card or inside.
