Happy New Year

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I created this card for a lovely friend who lives overseas and would appreciate a bit of happy mail to start off 2021.

I lot of people are looking forward to farewelling 2020 and all that happened over the year. Me I had a up & down year with a few cancellations of events but also some really good things like my awesome new craft room. I am looking forward to 2021 as another year full of possibilities. My goals are to have some wonderful classes in my craft room, spend time with my grandsons and travel around a bit of New Zealand. 

What are your goals for 2021?

I used Cinnamon Cider for the card base and a piece of World Of Good Designer Series Paper for the layer.

The star spiral is from the Stitched Stars Dies and cut out with vellum then I cut another one out with Gold Foil and used the inside of the stars only.

I then used Playful Alphabet dies with Cherry Cobbler and Foam Adhesive sheets to cut out 2021 then placed onto card from the bottom. Gold emboss the words Happy New Year from Itty Bitty Christmas on Very Vanilla cardstock and punched out with Classic Label punch. Adhere to card using dimensionals.

Finish card off with a Red Rhinestone on each card. Put a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock inside card and decorate. Don't forget to decorate the envelope.
