Using Strips of Designer Series Paper

Do you have scraps of Designer Series Paper that you don't know what to do with? I keep my scraps in a stamp case and was thinking what could I do with all the small pieces, then I found this design on Ellen Woodbridges facebook page. Follow the below recipe and create your own beautiful card using up your scraps. And with Designer Series Paper doing this strip design creates a beautiful panel.

CARD RECIPE

* Card base - Whisper White Cardstock

* Whisper White piece 10.7 x 6.7cm and arrange strips of DSP across panel, leaving the edges overhanging. Once you have placed all pieces across then trim the edges with scissor or trimmer.

* Stamp holly image in the four corners of card base with Shaded Spruce ink. I did two in full strength and two in half strength. 

* Adhere DSP panel to card base using Stampin Seal.

* Place a strip of Mint Macaron Basket Weave ribbon across the panel. Using Tailored Punch and Copper Foil, punch out shape. Stamp sentiment from Warmest Hugs stamp set in Night of Navy and punch out with 1 1/2 punch. Adhere together using dimensionals and then glue down onto ribbon.

* Decorate inside card and don't forget to decorate the envelope.
