Wrapped Christmas Card

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today.  I have this card to share with you today using the gorgeous Christmas Designer Series Paper from the Flowers for Every Season DSP. I had also just purchased the Gift Wrapped stamp set & punch bundle, when I saw a card designed by Christine Blain that gave me inspiration for this card. I hope you like it and get inspired to create your own version. I love the effect of the cardstock and ribbon making it look like a gift which of course it is, a gift from a friend. CARD RECIPE * Card base is Whisper White, 10.5 x 29.5cm * Mint Macaron Cardstock 9.8 x 14.2cm and Flowers For Every Season DSP 9.3 x 13.7cm * Make the Real Red Cardstock just wider than the Basket Weave ribbon and the length & width of the DSP. Wrap the ends of ribbon behind the DSP before adhering to the cardstock. * Stamp the bow of your choice (there are 3 in the stamp set) in Memento Black ink. Then colour in using your favourite colouring medium, I used Re...

Using Strips of Designer Series Paper

Do you have scraps of Designer Series Paper that you don't know what to do with? I keep my scraps in a stamp case and was thinking what could I do with all the small pieces, then I found this design on Ellen Woodbridges facebook page. Follow the below recipe and create your own beautiful card using up your scraps. And with Designer Series Paper doing this strip design creates a beautiful panel. CARD RECIPE * Card base - Whisper White Cardstock * Whisper White piece 10.7 x 6.7cm and arrange strips of DSP across panel, leaving the edges overhanging. Once you have placed all pieces across then trim the edges with scissor or trimmer. * Stamp holly image in the four corners of card base with Shaded Spruce ink. I did two in full strength and two in half strength.  * Adhere DSP panel to card base using Stampin Seal. * Place a strip of Mint Macaron Basket Weave ribbon across the panel. Using Tailored Punch and Copper Foil, punch out shape. Stamp sentiment from Warmest Hugs stamp set in Nig...

I Can't Thank You Enough

Hello fellow crafters Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you take inspiration from the handmade card I have to share with you today. I wanted to create a thank you card because I am so thankful to my customers and team for helping me achieve some wonderful accolades from Stampin' Up!. I acheived Sales and Team Building for 2019/2020 year. I couldn't have done this without the support from my friends, family, customers and team members of Ink It On Crafters. I love sharing this crafting addiction and hope I inspire you along the way. I created this thank you card using the pretty Gilded Autumn Speciality Paper and the combination of Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Cajun Craze Cardstock. I took inspiration for this card from one created by Lisa Patubo-Daniel. Have fun creating your own version. Card Recipe **Crumb Cake is the base, then place a piece of Designer Series Paper cut at 14.4 x 10cm. **The small panel is Early Espresso cardstock, 11.5 x 7.2cm and Designer Seri...
