Quite Curvy

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. I am sharing another card I made with the Quite Curvy stamp set. I am so loving this set with the dies that can create such beautiful borders. This stamp and die bundle will be available on my online store from 3rd November.

I also found out a handy trick for getting all the fiddly bits out of the dies, see below. I learnt this trick from Rachel Tessman, go and check out her facebook page and video.



The cardstock I used here was Mint Macaron, and to colour the flowers I used Highland Heather & Mint Macaron Stampin Markers.

This handy tip is using Fluffy Dryer Sheets, found in the supermarket with the washing powder. You lie your die and cardstock on top of a sheet and put through the Stampin Cut & Emboss machine. Then you peel them away and the sheet keeps all the small pieces. This tip makes using these small intricate dies a breeze, no more spending time poking out those small bits. I will be using my Ornate Layer Dies more now. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Diamond Flip Fold Card

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. I found this fun fold card while searching Pinterest the other day, it is called a Diamond Flip Card. It took me a bit to work out the measurements in cms but once I did I was able to make a few of them in a row. Autumn Leaves

Thank you for stopping by today. I have this wonderful handmade card to share with you today using the Love of Leaves Bundle. The stamp set has some wonderful leaf images and some small sentiments that are great for front of a card or inside. I was very happy to be involved with the Autumn Mega Tutorial Bundle that includes this stamp set along with the other Autumn themed stamp sets from the Mini Catalogue.
