Welcome to my Weekly Inspirational Wednesday blog. Every week I will post a card with basic instructions that you are welcome to CASE (copy and selectively edit).
Today's card is using products from Sale-a-bration, the Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper and the Lovely Lily Pad stamp set.The colours in this DSP are so vibrant and I like the abstract patterns. I have used angles again in my layers for this card, I am loving this type of card style for its simplicity but wow factor.
CARD DESIGN
* Card Base is Gorgeous Grape Cardstock cut at 14.9 x 21cm, scored at 10.5cm
* The two layers of Pool Party Cardstock and Lily Impressions Designer Series Paper are 8.4 x 12.8cms. Place on card base at angles as shown.
* Stamp lily outline image in Gorgeous Grape ink and then reverse the stamp and with Gorgegous Grape ink fill in the image.
* Stamp the lily pad outline image in Coastal Cabana and then reverse the stamp and with Coastal Cabana ink fill in the image.
* Stamp sentiment on a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock and cut out a rectangle shape.
* To cut out the lily & lily pad use either the Lily Pad Dies or fussy cut.
* Adhere the lily pad with Tombow glue then the lily and sentiment with dimensionals.
* Decorate a Whisper White panel of 14.4 x 10cm and adhere with Tombow glue to inside of card.
* Don't forget to decorate the envelope.
* Send SMILE MAIL
