A card swap is where you have groups of 10 people who each make one card 10 times. They send away the 10 to the organiser and get back in the mail 9 plus their own. It is a great way to get 10 different cards and heaps of inspiration. I used the Gilded Autumn Suite, I absolutely love this suite and have made some lovely cards with it. Follow the instructions below to create your own handmade card. Card Recipe * Card base is Mint Macaroon, landscape 14.9 x 21 cm * First layer is Cajun Craze, 14.4 x 10 cm * DSP layer is 13.9 x 9.4 cm and cut in half. Adhere one side to the top and flip over the other piece and adhere to bottom of Cajun Craze panel. * Wrap around a piece of Basketweave Ribbon combo pack from Gilded Autumn Suite. I love butterflies for their pretty colours, Monarchs are my favourite but I also love the Emperor Moth (I know its not a butterfly but the caterpillar is so colourful). Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today. Today I am sharing this gorgeous card that I CASED from Jacque Williams. It is using the Love of Leaves stamp set and die bundle. When I saw the stamp set in the catalogue I thought its just a stamp set of leaves but I loved the sentiments font. When I got it and had a play, oh my gosh the leaves are gorgeous when stamped, they look like they are water coloured. Then the dies that both cut and emboss, these alone are a must for your paper crafting. CARD RECIPE 1. Card base is Early Espresso cut at 10 x 29.7 cm and portrait. 2. Take a piece of the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper 10 x 15cm and white emboss sentiment at the top. Adhere to card base with Stampin Seal. 3. Take a piece of the Gilded Autumn Designer Series Paper 10 x 4 cm and on one long edge cut a wavy line. Adhere this to the bottom of card base. 4.
