Pansy Petals - A Little Hello from Me to You

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. This week I have created a card using the stamps from the Pansy Petals, the flowers are created with five different stamps and you can play around with the colours. They look so realistic on paper. This card was cased from a card swap I got from *Very Vanilla is the card base *Gorgeous Grape second layer, 14.4 x 10cm and put through Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder. * Using one of the Ornate Layer Dies and Very Vanilla to create the frame. Find a stitched rectangle that fits inside the frame and die cut it from In Colour DSP. * On Very Vanilla Cardstock stamp three pansies, I used Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous Grape, Blackberry Bliss and Bumblebee to create mine but there are plenty of colour combinations available. The leaves are done in Soft Succulent & Evening Evergreen. * Stamp sentiment in Gorgeous Grape onto Very Vanilla and cut a flag shape at one end. * Arrange all onto card base. Decorate inside card. Don't forget to decorate the e...

Pansy Petals - Wishing You a Little Extra Happiness

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. Last week I showed you a card made with Pansy Petals Die using flowers die cut from the Designer Series Paper. This weeks one is using the Pansy Dies with coloured cardstock to design the pretty flowers. There are 21 dies in this set and making the flowers takes time but the finished result is beautiful. I also used the new Basic Border dies, these 6 dies are great for creating that extra for your backgrounds. Card base is Soft Succulent and first layer is Soft Sea Foam 10 x 14.4 cm Designer Series Paper is 9.6 x 9cm and die cut using the Basic Borders dies. I used Fresh Freesia, Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight & Evening Evergreen with Soft Succulent for the flower and leaves. For a change I left the inside of the card without a white panel and put a strip of Designer Series Paper down the left side and inked sentiment straight onto the Soft Succulent cardstock. Don't forget to decorate the envelope. Product List Pansy Patc...

Pansy Petals Suite Fun Fold

Hello, welcome to my blog, thank you for stopping by. Today I am sharing one of my favourite suites from the Annual Catalogue, the Pansy Petals Suite on page 28. This gorgeous suite consists of a beautiful stamp set, build a pansy die set and double sided Designer Series Paper. This card showcases the beautiful paper and the ability to use the dies to cut out some of the pansies. Cut a card base of Soft Succulent at 10.5 x 29.6cm, score at 14.9cm. Then cut the front panel at 7.5, keeping the cut piece as this will be the top flap. Attach a piece of Designer Series Paper 7 x 10.1cm to the front panel. Use one of the stitched Rectangle dies to cut out a piece of Basic White and then stamp the sentiment in Evening Evergreen. Adhere with Tom bow glue to the Soft Succulent panel. Using a small triangle die cut out shape from the other side of Designer Series Paper. After putting a piece of Basic White 10 x 14.4cm inside the card, attach the triangle in the far right top corner using small d...
